What's the worst possible thing you can imagine happening to you?

mine would probably be choking on chocolate, or having someone sit on my face while i'm drinking from a glass bottle

running up the stairs, and slipping, smashing my face on the stair, then falling backwards and breaking my neck. landing with my face squashed into the carpet, were those spikey things are that you hold carpet on the stairs with :(
everytime i run up the stairs i always have visions of it happening.
